Subscription terms & cancellation
Crate is offered as a weekly, monthly or annual subscription, charged in Nigerian naira (NGN) through Paystack.
Renewal
Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel.
Cancelling
You can cancel future renewals any time from Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Failed payments
If a renewal fails we'll let you know and give you a short grace period to update your card before access pauses.
Your projects
Your projects are never deleted when a subscription ends. Renew at any time to pick up where you left off.
Refunds
Contact us if something has gone wrong with a charge and we'll review it.
